Eagle Village is a small enclave of 38 ranch style condominiums located in the redevelopment area just north of Colfax and I-225 in Aurora a few miles from the Fitzsimons medical facility. All of these homes are two bedrooms, one bath condos built and developed by Gibraltar in 2001-2004. The prices averaged $115,000 each, allowingfirst time buyers to own their own homes.
